PureSeal Nu-Clear Pro

PureSeal Nu-Clear Pro is our label compliant fusion of sodium hypochlorite, surfactants, wetting agents and scent mask that is designed to clean and sanitise external hard surfaces.

PureSeal Nu-Clear Pro is a sodium hypochlorite based cleaner that can be used on ground surfaces and due to its concentration, can offer fast results on vertical surface. It’s powerful and fast acting formula is effective at removing stubborn unwanted staining off most surfaces. It can be applied using a sprayer, backpack set up or brush.

Nu-Clear Pro is formulated using a unique blend of sodium hypochlorite, surfactants and wetting agents and a scent mask to disguise the harsh smell of sodium hypochlorite. This is sprayable and easy to use across all surfaces ensuring you get fast, clean results. Nu-Clear Pro dwells on the surface allowing longer contact times enhancing cleaning performance thanks to the blend of surfactants used.

Nu-Clear Pro, used alongside BioClear Pro or BacClear will produce faster results than using a biocide treatment alone. It is also perfect for removing black spot from all hard surfaces.

Nu-Clear Pro is a simple, effective and powerful cleaner. Simply dilute using the instructions on the label. Apply to the surface, agitate the product and leave to penetrate the staining for 30-45 minutes then rinse off thoroughly. For severe stains a reapplication maybe required.

Nu-Clear Pro is super concentrated and a professional use only product. Due to the cleaning power of Nu-Clear Pro it will start cleaning the surface it has been applied to instantly. It doesn’t penetrate rendered surfaces and remains on the surface for longer. Increased contact times makes cleaning a faster process offering instant results against fungal staining.

When using Nu-Clear Pro on render and brickwork and biofilm is present, to meet with HSE regulations it is advised that a pretreatment with a licensed biocide is applied and rinsed off after 40 minutes. We recommend the use of BioClear Pro or BacClear Pro for the pretreatment. If you don’t want to use a biocide, the mechnical removal is advisable. Use a pressure washer, taking care not to damage the surface.

Once the treated surface is dry, apply Nu-Clear Pro. We advise spraying it on to the surface to saturation point. You can simply use a water fed pole with a brush attachment or any other spray set up. This will ensure you get the best coverage rates. Nu-Clear Pro should be applied at a rate of 4-6m² per depending on the texture of the surface it’s being applied to.

Nu-Clear Pro can be applied to a surface without a pretreatment of a biocide if large areas fungal metabolites are present. This will clear the staining allowing the applicator to see if there are remaining algal discolourations that require treating. A post treatment with a biocide may be required if discolouration of the treated surface is visible.
